Program name
Furnished Escape SMS — operated by Furnished Escape and its property-owning affiliates for the purpose of communicating with guests about their bookings.
What we send
If you opt in at booking time, you'll receive transactional and customer-support text messages about your stay. Examples:
- Booking confirmations and approval status
- Check-in instructions, door codes, and arrival logistics
- Replies from your host to questions you send us
- Checkout reminders and post-stay follow-ups
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent. If we ever launch a promotional SMS program, we'll ask separately.
Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your booking. Most guests receive between 2 and 10 messages per stay.
Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. Furnished Escape does not charge for sending or receiving texts; your wireless carrier's standard rates do.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message we send to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation reply and no further SMS from us. To opt back in, reply START.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your booking. We will continue to reach you by email for transactional matters.

Eligible carriers
Supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs. Carrier participation does not constitute endorsement.
Privacy
Mobile information you provide to us — including your phone number and your consent to receive SMS — is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The full Furnished Escape privacy practices are in our Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
The only way to be enrolled in Furnished Escape SMS is to explicitly check the "I agree to receive text messages" box on the booking form at the time you book a stay. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not required to complete a booking — you can finish a reservation with the box unchecked and we will communicate by email only.
Changes
Material changes to this SMS program will be notified by email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
